2. Pricing Policy
We strive to maintain stable pricing; however, prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer increases, market conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by EZ Smile Group.
3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- E-Transfer (Canada)
- Online Checkout Payments
All orders must be paid in full before shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
EZ Smile Group reserves the right to refuse orders due to account issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
4. Delivery & Shipping Policy
- ✅ Free delivery within Greater Vancouver
- ✅ We ship using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and other commercial carriers
- ✅ Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- ✅ Shipping outside Greater Vancouver is calculated at checkout
- ✅ Title and risk transfer upon shipment
EZ Smile Group is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond its control.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
6. Returns & Refunds
✅ Return Authorization Required
You must contact us before returning any product.
✅ Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- A copy of the invoice is required
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Disposable products
- Special-order items
- Opened equipment
- Hazardous or regulated products
- Any item marked “Final Sale.”
7. Prescription & Regulated Products
Some products are restricted to licensed healthcare professionals.
You may be required to provide licensing verification before processing.
Products must be used only for approved clinical purposes.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Any manufacturer’s warranties will be passed directly to the customer.
EZ Smile Group provides no additional warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

EZ Smile Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, injury, or business interruption.
Our maximum liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product sold.
