Before the equipment arrives
Most installation problems are decided before anything is unpacked. We can check that your air and vacuum capacity suits the number of operatories you are running, that electrical supply and drainage are where the equipment expects them, and that the model you are buying physically fits the room and the workflow around it.
If you are fitting out a new clinic or adding an operatory to an existing one, this conversation is worth having early, while changes are still cheap.
Installation and commissioning
Equipment is positioned, connected, levelled and tested under real operating conditions rather than simply switched on. That means checking pressures and flow with multiple operatories running, verifying sterilizer cycles complete correctly, confirming suction at the chairside rather than at the pump, and setting chair presets and lighting to how the clinicians actually work.
We hand over with the practice knowing how to run and maintain what has just been installed, including the daily and weekly tasks that keep warranties intact.
Replacing equipment in a working clinic
Swapping a chair or sterilizer in a practice that is still seeing patients is a scheduling problem as much as a technical one. Installations can be planned around your list so the operatory is out of use for as short a period as possible.

We install all major brands of dental equipment used in Canadian practices, whether purchased from us or elsewhere. Where a component or fitting has to be ordered, expect around two weeks depending on availability from the manufacturer and its Canadian distributors.
