Return Policy – EZ Smile Group

For returning an item, please contact our customer service team for return authorization before sending any product back.

30-Day Return Policy

Product returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • In original, unmarked, unopened, sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by a copy of the original invoice

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

⚠ No returns are accepted for items with less than one (1) year remaining before expiration.

Opened & Used Equipment

Before opening your package, please ensure it contains the correct item.
For your protection:

  • Opened or used small equipment (including handpieces) cannot be returned for credit or exchange
  • These items will instead be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty

Defective Products

If an item is found to be defective during use, please:

  • Return the remaining portion of the product
  • Include a full written explanation of the defect

EZ Smile Group will forward the product and details to the manufacturer for evaluation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special-order or non-stock items
  • Imprinted or customized products
  • Expired products
  • Unsealed, used, incomplete, or damaged items
  • Products that require refrigeration

Shipping Errors & Damage

All orders must be checked immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, shipping errors, or damages must be reported within two (2) business days of the delivery date.
