Delivery systems and waterlines
Many faults that present as a handpiece problem are actually in the delivery unit: a blocked filter, a failing regulator, a perished o-ring in the tubing block, or a waterline that has never been properly maintained. We check the chain from the compressor connection through to the handpiece coupling rather than swapping parts and hoping.

On-site, with realistic timelines
Work is carried out at your clinic. Adjustments, seal replacements, filter changes and electrical fault-finding are usually resolved on the visit. Where a model-specific hydraulic component, board or upholstery part has to be ordered, expect around two weeks depending on availability from the manufacturer and its Canadian distributors. That timeline is given before the repair is authorised.
If a chair fails mid-day and you cannot treat patients, that is an emergency callout and we will tell you immediately whether we can reach you the same day.
