Compatibility and Reprocessing

HVE valve and adapter dimensions can vary. Confirm a secure fit and test suction before patient use; do not force an incompatible tube onto the valve. Clean, inspect, package and steam-process the tubes only according to the current EZ Smile package directions and the dental facility’s validated protocol. Do not exceed the stated temperature or permitted reuse cycles, and discard any tube that is cracked, blocked, rough, deformed or unable to connect securely.

Directions for Use

1. Inspect the processed tube and compatible HVE valve.
2. Attach the tube securely and test evacuation performance.
3. Maintain direct visual control and avoid sealing the opening against soft tissue.
4. After the procedure, remove the tube and begin the approved reprocessing or disposal workflow.

HVE valve, adapter, evacuation unit and connecting hose are not included.
