Blue 4:1 Short Dental Mixing Tips – 40 mm

EZ Smile blue short mixing tips are disposable automix nozzles for compatible 4:1 temporary crown and bridge materials and resin cements. Each pack contains 50 tips with a blue housing and red spiral internal mixing element.

Applications: Temporary Restorations and Resin Cementation

• Temporary crowns and bridges: Mixing and dispensing compatible 4:1 provisional restorative materials.
• Crown and bridge cementation: Mixing compatible 4:1 resin luting cements for seating crowns and bridges.
• Other indirect restorations: Dispensing compatible resin cements for inlays, onlays, veneers and posts, where indicated by the cement manufacturer. Post placement may require a separate compatible application extension.

For every application, confirm the required 4:1 ratio, cartridge connection and internal mixing configuration. Clinical indications, bonding procedures and curing requirements are determined by the dental material’s instructions.

Choose the Correct Connection

Check the cartridge outlet, locking tabs and required mixing element against the material manufacturer’s instructions. A 4:1 ratio or matching colour alone does not establish compatibility. The brown and blue models are separate options; do not assume they are interchangeable.

Handling and Storage

Follow the material manufacturer’s instructions for cartridge preparation, tip attachment, initial dispensing, working time and disposal. Do not force a blocked tip or reuse a nozzle containing set material. Keep unused tips clean and dry in their original packaging.
