Turnaround time and parts
Straightforward repairs such as seals, gaskets, filters and valves can often be completed during the first visit.
Where a component has to be ordered, plan on roughly two weeks. Autoclave parts are model-specific, and lead times depend on what the manufacturer and its distributors are holding in Canada at that moment. We will give you the expected wait before the repair is authorised, not after.
Loaner units are sometimes available while a repair is under way, subject to availability. Ask when you book.
