What to include in your request
The more of this you can give us up front, the more likely the fault is fixed on the first visit rather than diagnosed on the first and repaired on the second:
- Clinic name and address
- Best contact name and phone number
- Type of equipment: chair, sterilizer, compressor, suction, handpiece
- Make and model, and the serial number if you can find it
- Any error code or warning light showing
- What was happening when the fault appeared
- Whether the equipment is still usable or completely out of service
- Days and times that suit you for a visit
What happens next
We review the request and come back to you to confirm a visit. The technician diagnoses the fault on site and quotes before carrying out any work. Straightforward repairs are usually completed on that visit; where a model-specific part has to be ordered, expect around two weeks depending on manufacturer and distributor availability in Canada. You are told that timeline before authorising anything.
Loaner equipment is sometimes available while a repair is in progress, subject to availability. Ask when you book.
