50 mL Dental Cartridge Dispenser Gun – 1:1/2:1

The EZ Smile reusable manual dispenser is designed for compatible 50 mL dual-barrel dental cartridges with 1:1 or 2:1 mixing ratios. The trigger advances both cartridge plungers together for controlled delivery through the material’s matching static mixing tip.

Compatibility Checklist

Before use, verify the cartridge flange, barrel spacing, piston arrangement and mixing ratio. Confirm that the cartridge seats fully, the retainer closes securely and both plungers advance evenly. Use a mixing tip specified for the cartridge and material; colour alone does not confirm compatibility.

How to Use

1. Retract the plungers and open the cartridge retainer.
2. Insert the compatible 50 mL cartridge in the correct orientation.
3. Close the retainer and confirm the cartridge is secure.
4. Balance the cartridge if required by the material manufacturer.
5. Attach the correct static mixing tip.
6. Squeeze the trigger slowly and check the initial material for a uniform mix.
7. Dispense using steady, controlled hand pressure.

Care and Safety

Remove external material residue promptly according to the material manufacturer’s guidance. Follow the dispenser’s supplied cleaning and disinfection instructions; do not assume it is autoclavable. Inspect the frame, trigger, retainer and plungers regularly. Never force a blocked nozzle or incompatible cartridge.
