Brown 1:1 Mixing Tips with Intraoral Endo Extensions

EZ Smile mixing-tip assemblies combine a brown 1:1 static mixing nozzle with a narrow intraoral endo extension for controlled delivery of compatible two-component dental materials. The package contains 50 brown mixing tips and 50 application extensions.

The internal static element mixes base and catalyst as the material passes through the brown nozzle. The attached narrow extension then directs the mixed material into the intended preparation or root-canal area.

Compatibility

Confirm the syringe or cartridge outlet, locking geometry, 1:1 ratio and extension fit against the dental material manufacturer’s instructions. A matching colour or ratio alone does not establish compatibility. Use a separate extension only when it locks securely onto the mixing-tip outlet and is approved for the procedure.

Directions

1. Prepare or balance the compatible cartridge as directed.
2. Attach and lock the brown mixing tip.
3. Fit the intraoral endo extension securely.
4. Dispense a small amount outside the mouth and check for a uniform mix and secure connection.
5. Deliver the material slowly using controlled pressure.
6. Follow the material’s placement, working-time and curing instructions.
7. Discard the complete used assembly after the procedure.

Do not force a blocked nozzle or reuse an assembly containing set material. Store unused components clean and dry in their original package. Dental material, cartridge and dispensing gun are not included.
