1:1 Yellow Short Dental Mixing Tips

EZ Smile Yellow Short Mixing Tips are disposable static-mixing nozzles for compatible 1:1 dual-cartridge dental materials. Their compact 50mm format provides a shorter material path for controlled dispensing and leaves less mixed material inside the nozzle than a comparable longer tip.

Compatibility Is Determined by More Than Colour

Yellow is a useful identifier, but colour alone does not guarantee fit. Before use, confirm the material’s required ratio and compare the cartridge outlet, dual ports and locking-tab geometry with the existing nozzle or the material manufacturer’s instructions. Never force an incompatible tip onto a cartridge.

Directions for Use

1. Confirm the cartridge requires a 1:1 mixing tip with matching connector geometry.
2. Remove the cartridge cap and bleed a small amount from both outlets if required by the material manufacturer.
3. Align and securely lock the mixing tip onto the cartridge.
4. Dispense a small initial amount and check that both components are mixing evenly.
5. Apply steady pressure and follow the dental material’s working and setting times.
6. Discard after use; do not clean or reuse the tip.
