EZ Smile 10:1 dental mixing tips are disposable static-mixing nozzles for compatible automix provisional materials. Each tip has a blue locking base and orange internal spiral. The pack contains 50 mixing tips.

Compatibility

Directions and Handling

1. Confirm the cartridge and material require this 10:1 nozzle configuration.
2. Prepare or balance the cartridge as directed by the material manufacturer.
3. Attach and lock the mixing tip securely.
4. Dispense a small initial amount and check for a uniform mix.
5. Fill the matrix or dispense the material using steady pressure.
6. Follow the material’s working and setting times.
7. Discard the used tip according to clinic procedures.

Do not reuse a tip containing set material or force a blocked nozzle. Store unused tips clean and dry in their original package.
