EZ Smile blue-and-white HP T-style mixing tips are 76 mm disposable static-mixing nozzles for compatible 1:1 dental cartridges. They mix base and catalyst as the material passes through the internal element and support controlled dispensing of compatible silicone impression materials.

Consistent Automixing

The static element combines the two components inside the nozzle, helping produce a uniform mix and clean, controlled delivery. Before fitting a new tip, balance the cartridge when required by the material manufacturer so both components flow evenly.

Compatibility

Confirm the 1:1 ratio, cartridge outlets, locking tabs, tip length and internal mixing element against the original nozzle or material instructions. Colour and ratio alone do not guarantee compatibility. Do not force a loose, leaking or blocked tip.

Directions

1. Read the material manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Prepare and balance the 1:1 cartridge if required.
3. Attach and lock the mixing tip securely.
4. Dispense a small initial amount and verify a uniform mix.
5. Dispense into the tray or intended working area with steady pressure.
6. Observe the material’s working and setting times.
7. Discard the used tip according to clinic procedures.
