Brown 1:1 Mixing Tips for Dual-Cure Resin Cements

EZ Smile brown short mixing tips are disposable automix nozzles for compatible 1:1 dual-cure resin cements and dual-cure resin materials. Each pack contains 50 tips in a compact 35 mm format, with a brown housing and white internal mixing element.

Primary Application

Designed for mixing and dispensing compatible 1:1 dual-cure resin cements for crown cementation, and other compatible two-component dual-cure resin materials. The internal static element combines the components as they pass through the nozzle. Follow the resin cement manufacturer’s instructions for the required mixing tip and cementation procedure.

Compact Design for Material Economy

The short 35 mm design is intended to help limit material retained in the nozzle and reduce waste. Actual material savings depend on the internal nozzle geometry, material and dispensing technique.

Compatibility

Check the syringe or cartridge outlet, locking mechanism and required mixing configuration before use. Brown colour and a 1:1 ratio alone do not establish compatibility with every resin cement. Use only with a matching delivery system specified for the material.

Handling

Follow the material manufacturer’s instructions for preparing the syringe or cartridge, attaching the tip, initial dispensing, working time and disposal. Do not force a blocked nozzle or reuse a tip containing set cement. Keep unused tips clean and dry in their original packaging.
