Final High-Lustre Polishing for Composite Restorations

EZ Smile Water-Activated Pre-Impregnated Felt Polishing Discs are designed for the final high-lustre or super-polishing stage of direct and indirect composite restorations. The polishing medium is incorporated into each felt disc, helping produce a smooth, glossy surface without a separate polishing paste.

Recommended Use

Complete contouring, finishing and scratch removal with suitable finishing instruments before using the felt disc.
Attach a fresh felt disc securely to the RA snap-on mandrel.
Moisten the disc with water immediately before use.
Polish at 8,000–12,000 RPM using very light, intermittent pressure to avoid excessive heat.
Discard the felt disc after use.

Important: This product is intended for final polishing only. It is not a coarse finishing instrument and is not designed to remove deep scratches or significant surface irregularities. Each felt disc is disposable and must not be presented or used as a reusable polishing disc. Reprocess the RA mandrel only according to the applicable validated cleaning and sterilization instructions.
